Download the PDF file, complete and send back to Natasha at the H.O.G. office, along with your proof of payment.

Accommodation bookings will only be made once full payment has been made and the proof of payment together with the

registration form has been received by us. Registering only without payment is considered incomplete registration and we will not

be able to hold any rooms based on it. Unfortunately we will not be able to process any credit card or cash payments. Please note

that no reimbursements will be made on cancelations.
